  • 1 Enable live updates for your rich client
The Live Update feature is disabled by default. It is only available for the desktop client on Connections Cloud. Enable this feature to automatically receive the latest version of the rich client. Keep this feature disabled to control network traffic and prevent automatic downloads.


Enable live updates for your rich client


  1. Click the gear icon in the header of your Contact List. A drop-down menu appears.
  2. Click Tools > Enable/Disable Live Updates. A window appears.
  3. Enable Live Updates.
